Babs Resto Web-Based Online Ordering, POS, and Inventory Management System
Welcome to the Babs Resto Web-Based Online Ordering, Point-of-Sale, and Inventory Management System. This digital platform is designed to provide our valued customers with a seamless and convenient way to browse our menu, place advance orders, and track their transactions. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing an order through this system, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised to discontinue your use of the system immediately. These terms serve as a binding agreement between you, the user, and Babs Resto regarding your use of our digital services.
To fully utilize the features of the online ordering system, customers are required to register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information, including a valid name, email address, and contact number. Upon registration, the system will send a One-Time Password (OTP) to your registered email address to verify the authenticity of your account. You must enter the correct OTP to complete the verification process and activate your account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. To ensure the security of your personal data and prevent unauthorized access, the system is equipped with an automatic lockout feature. Should there be three (3) consecutive failed login attempts, your account will be temporarily restricted. To regain access, you must undergo a secure password recovery process utilizing a One-Time Password (OTP) sent directly to your registered email address. Password resets require the new password to contain at least one uppercase letter, one numeric value, one special character, and a minimum length of eight (8) characters.
Babs Resto shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
Our Digital Menu Catalog provides real-time updates on item availability, pricing, and descriptions based on our current kitchen inventory. Items that are currently unavailable will be automatically disabled or labeled as "Sold Out" to prevent invalid selections.
While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, Babs Resto reserves the right to manage order traffic during peak hours, high order volumes, or system maintenance by activating a "Downtime" status. During such periods, the system will display a prominent notification banner on the Digital Menu Catalog, and immediate or "ASAP" ordering will be temporarily disabled. Customers may still browse the menu; however, the scheduling time-picker will be restricted, permitting you to only select a pickup or dine-in time that falls after the designated downtime period has concluded. The time-picker for online ordering is further restricted such that the start time begins one (1) hour after the current time to allow sufficient preparation.
An order is only considered official and binding once it reflects a "Confirmed" status on your order tracking dashboard. Upon confirmation, the system assigns a unique order identifier and transmits the order to the kitchen and cashier for processing. Customers may monitor the progress of their orders through the following stages: "Pending," "Confirmed," "Started," "Preparing," and "Ready."
Babs Resto offers flexible payment options depending on the nature of your transaction:
Failure to complete the required payment (whether full payment or the 50% downpayment) for advance and pick-up orders will result in the order remaining unverified and unprocessed.
We understand that circumstances may change; however, to prevent food waste, financial loss, and the need for refunds, Babs Resto enforces a strict no-cancellation policy:
Babs Resto proudly honors government-mandated discounts, including those for Senior Citizens (20%) and Persons with Disabilities (PWD), as well as authorized promotional gift cards. However, due to the strict legal requirement for physical verification of identification, these discounts cannot be applied directly or automatically through the online ordering interface.
Customers wishing to avail themselves of Senior Citizen or PWD discounts must present their valid, government-issued identification cards to the cashier upon claiming their take-out orders or when settling their dine-in bills. Upon successful verification, the cashier will apply the appropriate discount to the final billing amount through the Point-of-Sale system.
For loyalty discounts, the cashier must trigger a discount approval request to the Administrator. The transaction will not proceed until the Administrator reviews and approves the loyalty discount. This ensures that all loyalty-based privileges are properly authorized before being applied to the final billing amount.

The Babs Resto Web-Based Online Ordering, POS, and Inventory Management System, including its design, content, interface, source code, and all associated intellectual property, is the exclusive property of Babs Resto and its developers. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or exploitation of any part of this system is strictly prohibited.
This system is intended solely for the purpose of facilitating restaurant operations, including dine-in ordering, take-out ordering, and online ordering. The system does not support or include the following services: reservation management, delivery service, and catering operations.
Babs Resto is deeply committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in strict compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). The personal data collected during your registration and checkout processes will be utilized exclusively for the purposes of order fulfillment, account management, customer communication, and system security.
We implement robust security measures, including data encryption and secure server hosting, to safeguard your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Babs Resto will not sell, rent, share, or distribute your personal data to any third-party entities without your explicit and informed consent, except where required by law.
Babs Resto reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any section of these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion and without prior direct notice to users. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon being posted within the system. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Web-Based Online Ordering System following the implementation of any changes constitutes your full acceptance of those modifications.
